A 4-day retreat for women building something that matters.
Two English-language cohorts per year in South Florida — Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. Eight to twelve curated women per cohort. Admission is by application, not by payment.
Who this retreat is for
Women in the middle of a chapter that matters — entrepreneurial pivot, wealth build, leadership step-up. You want four full days out of your day-to-day to think, decide, and leave with a concrete plan. You want to be in a room with other women operating at your level, in your language.
What happens in 4 days
Day 2
Deep work sessions — somatic + cognitive + strategic. You leave with clarity on the next decision, not a to-do list.
Day 3
Integration and peer conversations. The cohort becomes a resource that outlives the retreat.
Day 4
Consolidation, commitments, closing. You leave with a written plan and a concrete first move.
What's included
- 4 full days of group coaching + 1 private 1:1 session with Cindy
- Written Mapping delivered within 7 days after the retreat
- Curated peer cohort (8–12 women, same language, same calibre)
- All retreat materials, meals on-site during program hours
- 60 days of Voxer follow-up with Cindy after the retreat
What you handle yourself
- Your flight to/from South Florida (Fort Lauderdale or Miami airports)
- Your hotel — Cindy will recommend 2-3 options near the venue across budgets
- Meals outside retreat hours (dinner on your own most evenings)
- Ground transport between hotel and venue
Investment
Coaching fee starts at $3,500 USD per participant. Flight and hotel on you. No all-inclusive package — this is a coaching retreat, not a wellness resort.

Why application, not direct booking?
Cohorts work because of peer calibre. I curate every room — 8 to 12 women at similar stakes, in the same language. Admission by application is how I protect that.
Why English-only cohorts? Are there French/Spanish retreats?
Yes. Six retreats per year total — two English, two French (page /fr/retraites), two Spanish (page /es/retiros). Each cohort is monolingual by design: real work requires a shared language.
What if I live in Canada, Europe, or Latin America?
Most attendees fly in. That's why flight is on you — and why the English-cohort dates are set far enough ahead for you to plan.
Do I need to already be a coaching client?
No. Retreats and 1:1 programs are separate offers. Some women start with the retreat; some start with a Clarity Session and a program.
What's the cancellation policy?
Spelled out in your admission contract. Short version: 50% refund until 60 days before; 0% refund inside 60 days (seat can be transferred with Cindy's approval).
