Clarity on your moment
Ninety minutes of real coaching, not a sales call. You bring the question that has been keeping you up. We work it together until you see what you carry, what you decide, and what you let go.
Public offer · Virtual · 90 minutes
A single strategic conversation, paid upfront. You arrive with a sharp question. You leave with three things: clarity on your moment, a written Mapping, and the materials to make the case to your employer if you want them to fund what comes next.

What you walk away with
Ninety minutes of real coaching, not a sales call. You bring the question that has been keeping you up. We work it together until you see what you carry, what you decide, and what you let go.
Within 48 hours of the session, you receive a written summary: what's actually moving for you, what a next clear step could look like, and where the leverage is. Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
If you're considering having your employer fund a longer engagement, the Clarity Session includes a complete preparation kit: the framing, the timing, the language to use, the objections to anticipate, and the follow-ups. The conversation with your manager or HR becomes a structured ask, not a hopeful one.
Who it's for
You don't need a long coaching arc for every question. Sometimes 90 well-held minutes with someone who can hold the frame and help you see clearly is exactly what the moment asks for.
A career choice, a role transition, an offer, a reorganization. You need to see more clearly before deciding.
A question has been chasing you for 3, 6, 9 months. You know that you know. but you can't name the next step.
You're considering a longer 1:1 program and want to experience a real session before signing.
How it works
$450 USD, paid in advance so your slot is held. Once the payment is in, you pick a time that works for you in Cindy's calendar.
A short form helps you name your question, your context, and what you'd want clarified by the end.
Confidential frame, active listening, surgical questions. Cindy doesn't hand out advice. she helps you see what you already carry.
An email summarizing the key points, the decision that started moving, and next leads where relevant.
Funded by your employer
A meaningful share of senior coaching is paid for by the client's employer, not the client. It's a normal line item in learning and development budgets. The Clarity Session prepares you to access that path with confidence.

It depends on your organization, your role, and how you frame the ask. A meaningful share of my clients do have their employer cover part or all of their program. The Clarity Session includes a complete preparation kit for that conversation. The point is not to push you to ask. It is to make sure that when you ask, you are asking from a structured position, not a hopeful one.
That is a valid choice and many clients self-fund for that reason. The Clarity Session works the same way. You bring your question, we work it together, you receive the Mapping within 48 hours. The employer-prep portion of the kit is simply not used. Nothing about your coaching is ever shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
