They are holding conversations no one else holds with them: the ninety-day landing in a new senior role, the difficult feedback they are putting off, the board presentation that is keeping them up, the political capital they are spending too fast.

What we deliver

A structured map of thirteen conversations, mapped to three engagement lengths.

Cindy Nova Coaching works with a structured map of thirteen conversations senior women are typically holding alone. Each engagement starts with a Clarity Session, a 90-minute paid intake with a written Mapping delivered within forty-eight hours, then moves into one of three signature programs:

  • Signature (3 months) for a specific decision or transition
  • Deep (6 months) for a structural shift in role or scope
  • Transformational (12 months) for an integral rebuild

Engagements use Zoom plus Voxer (asynchronous voice messaging between sessions). ICF posture: questions and reflection, not mentoring or therapy. Coaching is confidential. With explicit consent from the coachee, Cindy provides a high-level engagement summary to HR at agreed milestones.

Investment for the signature programs is shared in the written proposal after the Clarity Session. Pricing reflects program length and cadence.

Engagement and billing

Structured for corporate procurement.

Cindy Nova Coaching is structured to make corporate engagement straightforward:

  • Contracting: per-engagement agreement signed before kickoff
  • Invoicing: monthly or per milestone, your choice
  • Payment terms: net 30 standard, net 60 negotiable
  • W-9 ready, can support 1099 if required
  • Professional liability insurance in place

Investment is shared in the written proposal after a Clarity Session has happened with the individual coachee, or in the contracting conversation following the HR discovery call. The contract spells out scope, deliverables, milestones, and an exit clause if the engagement is not producing results. The exit clause works both ways and is proportional, not punitive.

How to start

Two paths in, depending on who is starting the conversation.

The path for HR partners is different from the path for individual clients.

For an individual woman considering coaching: she books a Clarity Session ($450 USD, paid upfront, credited if she signs a program within 14 days).

For an HR partner considering coaching for one or more women on the team: book a 30-minute discovery call. The call covers fit, scope, and process. No commitment, no fee. From there we can move to a Clarity Session for the individual coachee, or directly to a contracting conversation if the path is clearer.

Frequent questions from HR partners

What is confidential vs reportable to HR?

Everything in the coaching room is confidential. With explicit consent from the coachee, Cindy provides a high-level engagement summary at agreed milestones: themes worked on, progress on stated goals, engagement quality. Specific session content, personal disclosures, and the coachee's inner work are never shared.

How do you measure success?

Each engagement defines its own success metrics at kickoff. Typical markers include: a specific decision made and held, a stakeholder relationship rebuilt, a new behavior installed and visible, a transition landed without team destabilization. Measurement is qualitative more than quantitative, anchored in observable shifts.

What if the engagement isn't working?

The contract includes a proportional exit clause that works both ways. If after 60 days the engagement isn't producing observable shifts, we stop. The unused balance is refunded on a pro-rata basis. No drama, no escalation.

Can you coach multiple women in our organization?

Yes. Multiple parallel engagements with different women in the same organization are common. Each engagement is contractually separate and confidentially walled. Cindy will tell you upfront if there is a conflict of interest she cannot navigate (for example, coaching two women in direct conflict with each other).

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Standard mutual NDA on request. Cindy carries professional liability insurance and is contractually bound to coaching confidentiality regardless.

What about international operations?

Cindy serves clients in the United States, Canada, francophone Europe, and Latin America. All coaching is virtual (Zoom plus Voxer). Florida Retreats are the only in-person offering. Time zones are accommodated.

Do you work in English, French, and Spanish?

Yes. The coachee picks her language at program start. Cindy is trilingual native. The engagement summary to HR is provided in the language of the HR partner.
